Our Practice is Centered on the Fruits of the Spirit
Our commitment to ethical, compassionate, and unwavering care is guided by the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). This foundation ensures that every interaction and treatment decision reflects our core values:
Love: We approach every patient with genuine care, putting your well-being first and tailoring your plan with deep empathy and respect for your goals.
Joy: We cultivate a positive and encouraging environment, celebrating every milestone—big or small—to make your recovery an optimistic and motivating experience.
Peace: We strive to bring you mental and physical calm. Our goal is to replace your anxiety about pain and injury with confidence and clarity about your future health.
Patience: We understand that true healing takes time. We will patiently guide you through every step of your recovery, never rushing the process and always meeting you where you are today.
Kindness: We treat every person with gentle, sincere goodwill, ensuring you feel welcomed, heard, and cared for during every session.
Goodness: We operate with a moral commitment to doing what is right, ensuring our therapeutic decisions are always honest, ethical, and in your best long-term interest.

Self-Control: We maintain professionalism and clarity, ensuring our expertise and focus remain sharp, unbiased, and directed entirely toward achieving your optimal results.
We believe that true healing begins in an environment of respect and trust, allowing us to serve you and our community with integrity.
Our Family & Community
When Kyle isn't solving the puzzle of movement in the clinic, he is focused on his greatest passion: his family. Kyle is a devoted husband to his wonderful wife, Lacey, and a proud father to their four children.
Kyle is deeply invested in the local community and volunteers his time to coach a variety of youth sports, helping the next generation learn the value of movement and teamwork. For his personal downtime, Kyle practices what he preaches—he is likely to be found in the gym prioritizing his own strength and mobility, or competing on the pickleball court.
At Empower PT, you are not just a patient; you are a valued member of our local family.
Why Cash-Based PT Works:
Transparency, Value, and True Results
At Empower PT, we operate as an out-of-network, fee-for-service (cash-based) physical therapy clinic. This means we choose to work directly for you, the patient, not for insurance companies. While this model may seem different, it is the fundamental reason we can deliver faster results, more personalized care, and often save you money in the long run.
Solving the Insurance Puzzle
Traditional insurance-based therapy is often controlled by outside administrators, leading to three common issues:
Limited Care: Insurance dictates how many visits you get, how long those visits last (often just 30 minutes), and which types of cutting-edge therapies (like Dry Needling or Shockwave) are covered. This can slow your progress.
High Surprise Costs: Between high deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance, your out-of-pocket costs can be unpredictable and rack up quickly, sometimes leaving you with large, unexpected bills months later.
No Guarantee of Quality: Insurance-based clinics often manage multiple patients simultaneously, diluting the quality of your one-on-one time with the therapist.
The Empower PT Difference: Value and Clarity
By choosing cash-based physical therapy, you gain immediate access to a higher standard of care and predictable pricing:
1. True One-on-One Care
Your entire session (typically 60 minutes) is spent exclusively with Kyle Behl, DPT. This dedicated time allows us to provide thorough manual therapy, constant attention to form, and immediate adjustments to your treatment plan—all leading to faster, more complete outcomes in fewer total visits.
2. Transparent and Predictable Pricing
You will know the exact cost of every service up front. There are no surprise bills, no confusing co-pays, and no hidden charges months down the road. This financial clarity allows you to budget for your recovery effectively.
3. The Best Tools for the Job
We are not limited by insurance guidelines. We use the most effective, evidence-based tools available—including Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, and BFR—whenever they are needed to solve your pain puzzle, not just when insurance approves them.
4. You Save Money in the Long Run
Because our sessions are longer, focused, and highly effective, our clients typically require significantly fewer visits than they would at a traditional clinic. While the per-session cost might be higher, the total cost for your full recovery often ends up being equal to or less than paying your high deductible and co-pays over months of fragmented care.
Can I Still Submit to My Insurance?
Yes, you can!
We provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a Superbill, which contains all the necessary codes (CPT codes) for your treatments. You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
If you have a PPO plan or out-of-network benefits, a portion of your visit may be covered once you meet your out-of-network deductible.
We can also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment.
